Take NYS Thruway 90W to toll barrier at Buffalo. Proceed through tollbooth; take 290W exit toward Niagara Falls. Follow 290W to 190N exit. Take 190N and go over Grand Island. Stay on 190 N, and then take Robert Moses Parkway, Exit 21, towards Niagara Falls. Take the City Traffic exit. Go straight to Rainbow Blvd. (NY-384). Turn left onto Rainbow Blvd. Turn right onto 2nd St. Follow to Old Falls Street.

 

From the West:

Take the NYS Thruway 90E to the I-190N, Buffalo. Stay on the I-190N past the City of Buffalo to the Grand Island Bridges and follow the above directions from the 190N.
